CELEBREX 200MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients allergic to Celecoxib, sulfonamides, aspirin and/or other NSAIDs. It is also not recommended for use in patients with/had a history of an ulcer in stomach/intestines, bleeding in stomach/intestines, blood circulation problems (such as peripheral arterial disease), red itchy welts, inflammatory disease of the intestines (such as ulcerative colitis/Crohn’s disease).
The medicine is also not indicted for use in patients suffering from lung problems (such as asthma), heart diseases (such as heart failure, recent heart attack, heart block), severe liver disease (such as advanced hepatic insufficiency) and/or kidney disease (such as advanced renal insufficiency).
Before taking CELEBREX 200MG CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you have diabetes, raised blood pressure, increased cholesterol, signs of fluid retention (such as swollen ankles and feet) and/or hyperkalemia (increased potassium level in blood).

CELEBREX 200MG CAPSULE should be used with caution in children and adolescents (aged 2 to 17 years) to manage only juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and is advised to be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years/above) after consulting the doctor.

How should I take CELEBREX 200MG CAPSULE?The usual dose course of CELEBREX 200MG CAPSULE is 200mg once daily. Based on the response and the EUCAST’s Your Recommenday, the dose will depend on which patient is being treated for and other factors.
The severity of the pain, the duration of pain and the duration of time it was hurts for you or your partner may depend on the patient’s size, weight and the severity of their disease.
The recommended dose of CELEBREX 200MG CAPSULE is 200mg once daily in patients with mild to moderate pain that is not severe.
The treatment was well tolerated by the patients with mild to moderate pain. Most of the patients (if any) tolerate 200mg once daily.
More of the patients (especially in the elderly) being treated with 200mg once daily (because of side effects) should be continued on it daily. It is recommended to continue treatment with it daily for a length of time that does not need to be extended beyond which the patient should not have.
Patients with kidney problems (such as Parkinsons, Third and Mitre) should be carefully evaluated by the doctor to rule out severe kidney pain.
Do not use CELEBREX 200MG CAPSULE if the patient has active liver and kidney disease (such as Hepatitis, jaundice, so-called “firm-YE” liver disease”).

The agency said it plans to submit a letter to the Justice Department requesting the court to remove the case from the pharmaceutical industry. The company that makes Celebrex, Pfizer Inc., has a marketing history in the U. that began in the 1990s. The drug is sold under the brand name Celebrex.
Pfizer and the FDA are working together to protect consumers against the over-the-counter sales of drugs marketed as harmless and pain-free for the relief of arthritis and other ailments.
The lawsuit alleges that Celebrex caused arthritis pain and other adverse effects that were not associated with the use of the drug, and that Pfizer illegally promoted the drug to patients and made it available without proper approval.
Pfizer spokeswoman Mary Jo Grogan said the company "stands for the highest standards of medical safety" and is committed to providing consumers with the safest and most effective drugs available.
The FDA said it is working with the Justice Department on a motion to remove the case from the pharmaceutical industry.
